The Opportunity Aveo Lindfield Gardens Retirement Living is a serene bushland community in East Lindfield, overlooking Middle Harbour. As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll provide daily care services for residents, focusing on promoting their independence and well-being. You'll foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional care outcomes. Key Details Permanent Part-Time Position 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Saturdays) Shift Times: 3pm - 9pm What We Offer $32.14 per hour + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements, including penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and superannuation Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression Work in a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Opportunity to work across multiple communities Your Responsibilities Work as part of a team providing safe and effective daily personal care tailored to the resident's needs Ensure all residents receive kind, respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence Provide assistance with medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, general admin duties, recreational, and social activities Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety incidents or resident concerns Your Requirements Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance Current First Aid & CPR certificate Current Police Check clearance (Aveo can complete this for you) Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations About Us Aveo is a leader in retirement living with 30 years' experience.
