Our Partner Casa is partnering with a trusted leading agency in the commercial real estate industry in the heart and soul of Canberra. Your Role Assist our senior managers and directors with their portfolios. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and their tenants, ensuring optimal outcomes. Manage correspondence related to your portfolio, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Oversee accounts and manage financial aspects, including tenant arrears and remittance to owners and contractors. Prepare detailed owner and tenant reports at the conclusion of each month. Oversee maintenance requests, liaising with contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of works. Conduct routine property inspections, as well as commence and end-of-lease inspections, providing comprehensive reports to owners. Your Advantage Ideally seeking someone with a property management background to excel in this role. Experience in commercial property or residential property management considered. Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office and property software. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
