Product Development Engineer - Power Binning

Job Description

• Lead, develop and validate HMDT Unified Power Speed (UPS) binning test modules for the NEX products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Class and Sort test program owners, designers, and marketing for test capability and feature enabling throughout the entire product development cycle.
• Drive test optimizations to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate manufacturing stability.
• Mentor and ramp junior members of the team.

Qualifications

• BS +7 years/MS degree +5 years/PhD +2 years of working experience in design for manufacturability and Product Engineering.
• Familiar with silicon foundry process and semiconductor yield/performance/power metrics.
• Ideal candidate would also possess scripting skills (Python, Perl, Power BI, etc.) and/or be proficient with analytical tools such as JMP, etc.
• Good at the problem-solving process and taskforce management with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal relationships and self-motivated. Good spoken and written English.
