Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain PC Hardware Asset and Software Application.
- Monitor and manage network devices such as routers, switches, access points, printers, etc.
- Support Microsoft Dynamic NAV ERP System.
- Provide 1st level support to customers either remotely or onsite.
- Able to manage and handle IT-related projects.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or above.
- At least 1-2 years of related experience in the IT support field is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Microsoft-related products, IT Network Infrastructure, and PC Hardware troubleshooting is required.
- Prior experience with ERP systems is strongly beneficial.
- Knowledge in data analysis or system reporting is required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Required Language(s): English, Malay, or Chinese.
