The Translator Officer will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between the organization and stakeholders by providing accurate and timely translations of documents and verbal communications. This position requires strong language skills, excellent administrative abilities, and a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
Translation Services:
Accurately translate a wide range of documents, including but not limited to:
Contracts
Legal documents
Marketing materials
Technical manuals
Presentations
Correspondence
Provide high-quality verbal translations in meetings, conferences, and other events.
Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
Maintain a glossary of technical terms and industry-specific vocabulary.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain translation records and databases.
Coordinate with external translation agencies or freelance translators as needed.
Assist in the preparation and logistics of international meetings and events.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
