Business Development Operation Manager

• Develop, implement and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance to meet client objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign performance.
• Oversee the implementation and management of codes, working closely with vendors to ensure technology methods are efficiently integrated and operational.
• Handle day-to-day operations of publisher accounts, ensuring all technical aspects are running smoothly.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on campaign objectives and account growth strategies.
• Participate in the strategic planning and expansion of our publisher partnerships.
• Conduct regular business reviews for key accounts, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Consolidate and prepare weekly / monthly business reports on service level performance across various service lines (e.g.- revenue, operation costs).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
• Monitor social media metrics and ROI & analyse social media engagement and activities reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Create compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of advertising and to align with client objectives and target demographics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
• Implement and manage project changes and timelines to achieve project outputs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales and advertising field.
• Preferably familiarity with digital media platforms and emerging trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication.
• Proven experience in media sales, advertising or a related field.
