You’ll be part of a collaborative, English-speaking team of developers, QA personnel, and business analysts. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
2. Maintain MicroStrategy schema objects (attributes, facts, metrics).
3. Develop ETL processes (event-driven or batch-driven).
4. Work with SQL (Oracle, Postgres) and other technologies (e.g., Python).
5. Build and optimize database designs (multidimensional, 3NF, data vault).
6. Utilize agile methodologies with tools like Jira and Confluence.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain code quality with DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitHub).
8. Experience with insurance systems or ABS.
9. Knowledge of containerized environments, Kafka, and near real-time data integration.

What You Bring:

1. Experience: 3-5 years in BI reporting tools like MicroStrategy and Power BI.
2. 3-5 years with PostGres or Oracle and SQL Programming.
3. Strong knowledge in data warehousing, ETL development, dimensional modeling, and Data Vault 2.0.
4. Proficiency in agile methodologies and collaboration with subject matter experts.
5. Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
6. Mentorship capabilities and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
