Researcher (Recruitment Sales; Based in KL)

• Achieve the KPI set & sales target monthly.
• Understand job requirement from Client Holder.
• Actively sourcing of suitable candidates via internal system and/or external job boards.
• Create profile and records of candidates using internal system.
• Make a preliminary call to candidate to assess their interest & suitability on the available jobs.
• Supply after-screening candidates CVs to Client Holder for review.
• Schedule a candidate virtual meeting together with Client Holder for interview preparation once candidate is selected by client for interview.
• Interview coordination and post-interview follow-up.
• Assist in performing reference check & collect necessary document for onboarding preparation.
• Ensure candidate is given all information on the date of joining & first day report.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Prior work experience in recruitment or any customer-facing field will be advantageous, but not necessary
• Great passion in recruitment sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
