Our in-depth knowledge and experience cover all aspects of the supply chain in many industries, including Oil palm, Forestry, Agriculture, Biofuels, Sustainability Assurance, Food and Feed safety, Management systems, and textiles. Control Union Malaysia, as part of the global network of Control Union world group, is active in commodity and industrial inspections and certifications. We are looking for a passionate professional in agriculture who wants to pursue a career as a professional compliance auditor specializing in agriculture sector programs such as organic, good/sustainable agriculture, biodynamic agriculture, etc. Demonstrated experience in the above practices is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and keep them informed about market changes.
• Initiate assessments, conduct document reviews, and organize on-site assessment activities. This includes conducting agricultural and sustainability audits on farms and/or food facilities to ensure compliance with ISO 19011 guidelines.
• Assist clients in handling claims and appeals related to the audit process, facilitating effective conflict resolution.
• Keep up-to-date files of all quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation issued by the company and Control Union Certifications.
• Transport samples to the office/lab, coordinate with clients, and adhere to company standards and health/safety protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
• Stay informed about developments, issues, and legislative changes in relevant sectors, and continuously update knowledge regarding quality policies. Also, perform tasks as requested by the manager in relation to certification operations.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture.
• 2-3 Years or equivalent of working experience in quality assurance and management in the Agri industry (implementing and maintaining a quality system).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in the use of MS Office software.
• Excellent communication skills with interviewing and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international).
• Knowledge of specific management system standards/normative documents (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011:2018) is an added advantage.
