Account Cum Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting records, double-entry, create invoices, sales orders, etc.
• Cost analysis, budgeting, and revenue forecast for the company.
• Monitor daily cash flow and bank balance.
• Assist with the preparation of company accounts, tax compliance process, annual tax filing, and annual audit reporting.
• Ensure compliance with payment, reporting, and other requirements.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
• Stay updated on accounting, tax, and audit compliance and ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, listing rules, and other regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Procurement Department on all outstanding amounts to suppliers.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and third parties.
• Maintain proper filing and records.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within Malaysia.
• Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount Accounting Software) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST/SST and LHDN tax filing is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess own transport.
