Our client is a well-established company within the construction industry. About the Role They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages recruitment, onboarding, and ensures compliance with job descriptions and compensation.
- Resolves employee conflicts and maintains positive management-employee relations.
- Oversees payroll, leave, statutory payments, and benefits administration.
- Handles office administration, accommodation, licenses, and foreign worker compliance.
- Organizes training, updates HR policies, and implements performance appraisals and retention strategies.
