Job Description:
- Store management: Responsible for the daily operation of the store, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, etc.
- Data analysis: Analyze sales data and customer behavior, develop optimization strategies, and improve conversion rates and sales revenue.
- Marketing promotion: Plan and execute various online marketing activities, such as promotional activities, advertising placements, social media promotions, etc.
- Customer service: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Competitive analysis: Monitor competitors' movements, analyze market trends, and adjust operational strategies.
- E-commerce platform operation: Familiar with the backend operations and rules of major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.
- Data analysis ability: Able to use data analysis tools (such as Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) for data mining and analysis.
- Marketing planning ability: Possess creative and planning skills, able to design and execute effective marketing promotion activities.
- Communication skills: Good communication and coordination abilities, able to collaborate with different teams and departments.
- Problem solving ability: Possess the ability to solve unexpected problems and quickly respond to various operational challenges.
