Sitting within the IT team, this role is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. Candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge are required, along with the ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Learn the business applications and understand the processes in depth.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform application installation and provide technical support to end users.
- Deliver regular and customized training to end users.
- Collaborate with business/operation teams to drive operational improvements.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions.
- Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs.
- Manage coordination remotely or on-site as necessary.
- Support, maintain, and optimize applications for LIVE & UAT environments.
- Support System Integration testing on functional and technical areas, including interface testing with external systems.
- Develop reports for teams throughout the organization.
- Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT / Information System or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT department.
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
- Exposure to WMS will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Conversant in written and verbal English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good listening ability and patience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang/West Port and can travel outstation if required.
- Exposure to the Logistics or Warehouse industry will be an added advantage.
