Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow F&N Creameries business in the assigned sales territory through promoting/selling of F&N Creameries products to food service/horeca customers.
- Plan and prepare sales visits to Food Service accounts, including the collection of relevant internal and external information.
- Resolve operational issues in Food Service.
- Penetrate and update new market/outlets on a weekly basis.
- Provide timely feedback on market and competitor activity updates to the manager weekly.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure optimal stock holding at distributor warehouses.
- Monitor freezer yield by outlet and review freezer placement on a monthly basis.
- Review AR issues and follow up to meet payment targets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in Food Service (Sales & Operations).
- Experience in Business Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation skills.
