Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records with advanced Excel tools, including attendance, leave, and performance.
  • Process payroll, expenses, and employee claims efficiently using Excel-based data management techniques.
  • Analyze and oversee employee data across various projects for improved operational efficiency.
  • Administer benefits data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements through detailed reporting.
  • Streamline employee exits, settlements, and documentation with effective use of Excel.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in HR operations focusing on Excel expertise.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR operations.
