Job details
Purpose of the job To manage and support network security technology tools to meet organizational needs. Job location: Cairo Administrative New Capital Key Responsibilities:
- maintaining and trouble shooting second layer of support to theses tools
- Troubleshoot raised issues from operation team
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure availability requirements are met
- Work with vendors to solve the raised problems from operation team.
- Provide level 2 network support, to all network related incidents
- Ensure service level agreement SLA is met during incidents handling.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in administrating information security controls
- Proven experience working with F5 WAF and LTM.
- Proven experience working with Forcepoint Firewalls.
- Proven experience working with Infoblox DDI.
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
