About the Company - Insight Global is seeking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to sit remotely in India (working IST hours) for an international sports apparel and retail company based in the U.S.A. About the Role - Responsibilities:
- Automation Solutions: Design and develop automated systems and processes to increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative solutions.
- Scripting and Coding: Utilize your scripting and coding expertise to create, modify, and maintain automation scripts. Implement automation frameworks and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of automated systems to ensure reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate automation into testing processes.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for automation. Implement enhancements to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including software developers, system administrators, and operations, to integrate automation seamlessly into our workflows. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- SAP Automation testing experience
- Work soft Certify expertise
- Able to support WHQ/ ITC overlapping hours
- Python familiarities for test automation
- CI/CD devops for test automation
- API testing experience (Postman/ Bruno)
- 5+ years of experience in SAP
- Candidates will work remotely and use their own equipment with VDI Access (Virtual Desktop Interface).
- Collaboration with various teams to integrate automation into workflows is crucial.
- Some after-hours meetings will be required to accommodate the PST team.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience.
- PhD or Law + 1 year
- Master's + 0-3 years
- Associate's degree + 1-3 years
- High School + 3-5 years
