Customer Service Representative (Tobacco Sales)- Local Account

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.

• Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
• SHS graduates are welcome to apply
• With 1yr BPO exp (w/ 6 mos. sales)
• 21 to 40 years old
• Average to Good communication skills
• Residing within Metro Manila (amenable to work both in Ortigas and Mckinley site
• Amenable with Dayshift and Midshift schedule

Working Set-up: Onsite

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.

Work Location: Taguig City
