Position Requirements Middle Level: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in retail, with hardware experience being essential. Skills: Great personality, excellent communication, and a strong presence. Traits: Hard-working, hands-on, and passionate about sales and customer service. Location: Must live within 20km of the store. Senior Level: Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in retail, with hardware experience being essential. Previous management or team leadership experience is a distinct advantage. Traits: Confident, ambitious yet patient, hard-working, and hands-on, with a solid personality and strong presence. Location: Must live within 20km of the store. Assistant Branch Manager: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in retail, with hardware experience being essential. Skills: Excellent communication, solid personality, and strong presence.
