Job Title: Commis II - Bakery and Pastry (Preferably from Bengaluru) Location: AA Hospitality, Bengaluru, Karnataka Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 gross per month   Job Description: AA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis II - Bakery and Pastry for our upcoming centralized bakery. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Fresh hotel graduates who have recently completed their studies are also encouraged to apply.   Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the bakery and pastry team in preparing various baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Support the team in maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the bakery area.
• Participate in the preparation and production of bakery items, contributing to the timely execution of daily operations.
• Help manage ingredients, ensuring proper storage and minimizing wastage.
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the development of new menu items.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a bakery or pastry kitchen, or fresh hotel graduates with relevant internships or training experience.
• Knowledge of basic bakery and pastry techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates residing in Bengaluru will be given preference.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for bakery and pastry arts.

• Full-time position.
• 6-day work week.
