About the Role We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our creative vision to life. You’ll be responsible for crafting visually stunning designs across multiple channels, from digital to print, while ensuring consistency with our brand. If you're a detail-oriented designer with a passion for aesthetics and a strong grasp of design principles, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and design assets for a variety of projects, including print, digital, web, social media, and branding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling and impactful materials for campaigns, presentations etc.
  • Use design principles to enhance visuals with appropriate fonts and color schemes.
  • Produce visuals that are easy to understand, emotionally impactful, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to ensure final designs meet expectations.
  • Brainstorm and create visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with company goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency by following established guidelines across all design materials.
  • Stay updated through continuous research and apply current design trends, software, and techniques to improve design quality.
  • Create and maintain visual elements like logos, color schemes, style guides and other brand assets to strengthen brand identity.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure designs meet standards and align with brand vision.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure design consistency and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (at least 10 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, layout principles, composition, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and different stakeholders.
  • Problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to take creative direction and deliver innovative design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
