SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Matric or preferably an accounting diploma
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Team player with the ability to get along with others
  • Self-motivated individual, with high levels of commitment and a good work ethic
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • 2 years relevant experience is essential

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily reconciling of Credit Card sales to bank statement
  • Capturing daily credit card sales on Excel spreadsheets
  • Investigating credit card discrepancies with relevant banking institutions
  • Liaising with stores for daily variances
  • Formatting daily statements received from banking institutions
  • Monthly credit card report
  • Communicating with Operations team and customer care call center
