Mission: To manage and issue drill bits both underground and on the surface. Support stock management and control on-site, ensuring the right tools are in the right hands. Responsibilities:

  1. Keep the consignment stock warehouse clean and organized.
  2. Receive and check new and refurbished equipment, ensuring all items are correct and complete.
  3. Place equipment on the correct shelves and update the stock control sheet with received quantities.
  4. Issue drill bits to operators at the start of their shifts, following the customer-specified exchange method.
  5. Record issued and returned equipment accurately.
  6. Provide daily activity reports to the Site Supervisor and/or Customer Manager.
  7. Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Medical fitness certificates (Competent B).
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good time management and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills.
