WFH Appointment Setter

Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing online art brand looking for a 1 Full-time Appointment Setter for our online courses.

Mission: Connect with potential students and help them explore their artistic potential. You will play a crucial role in our customer outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage, nurture and qualify potential students by chatting and inviting them to book a call or join our events or sending them links to resources.

Work Hours: Flex schedule (You can choose any time between 8am - 12mn PHT but you have to indicate the times. Just make sure you can be present for meetings)

Tasks and Responsibilities: Reach out to leads who have expressed interest in our art courses through various channels, such as email, social media, and inbound inquiries.

Cold DM potential leads via Instagram and/or Facebook

Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with leads, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.

Qualify leads by assessing their interest, availability, and suitability for our art course via chat

Schedule appointments for course consultations via chat based on leads' preferences and availability.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements: 1-2 years experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.

Self-motivated, results-driven mindset and can handle pressure

Stable internet connection

Own desktop/laptop.

Ability to work remotely and maintain a disciplined work schedule.

Organized and able to multitask

Excellent verbal and written English

You will have a 3 - 5 month paid training/trial period.

Compensation: Probationary: 18,000 with Commissions [2,500 per successful close]

Regular: 20,000 with Commissions [2,500 per successful close]
