Analytics Consultant

Location The successful candidate shall be placed at any of our Client's location within Pune region. It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work. Relevant Experience Desired : 2 to 5 Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML based Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with various Data Science tools, Analytics, Predictive modeling and data visualization. The candidate should be able to analyze complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and develop predictive models that drive strategic decision-making for clients. Responsibilities:

• Collect data and make it useful with data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering processes.
• Explore and mine data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies using statistical analysis, visualization techniques, and data mining methods.
• Design and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series forecasting) based on business needs, selecting the most effective model through rigorous evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business challenges, identify relevant data sources, and translate business objectives into measurable metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on software design and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2+ years of experience in advanced Data Analytics techniques, with relevant work experience in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning Algorithms: Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series Analysis, Deep Learning
• Ability to write average to complex SQL Queries
• Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Coding skills with proficiency in Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy)
• Exposure to cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
