Solutions Engineer - India (Remote) About the Company: Insight Global Location: Remote Pay Range and Compensation Package: Total compensation ranges from 16 lakhs - 25lakhs per annum, based on experience. Duration: This is a contract position. Only apply if you are comfortable with contract work. The position is approved for full-time work up to a year and is likely to extend but this is a contract position. Notice Period: Immediately available to join two weeks after the offer is accepted! Role Overview: We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to design and implement enterprise-level technical solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop cloud-native architectures and provide technical leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise architecture solutions
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Create and maintain solution architecture documentation
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
- 10+ years IT experience
- 8+ years enterprise application development
- Strong cloud platform experience (GCP preferred)
- Expertise in microservices and API architecture
- Hands-on experience with modern tech stack (Cloud, DevOps, Kafka)
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- GCP Architect certification
- Experience with global delivery models
- M.Tech/MCA
