Main Purpose of the Role The Mid-Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, planning, monitoring and optimising of social media and direct marketing campaigns. This includes the creation and implementation of programs across social media and direct marketing channels that grow existing communities, engage new consumers, and drive these consumers from awareness to conversion. The successful candidate needs to have a functional understanding of social media and paid media management best practices. You will be a fundamental digital all-rounder who will execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels. The candidate should stay up to date on industry best practices and agile/reactive to the commercial needs of a retail brand. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for lifestyle brand content and feel confident communicating in a Le Creuset brand voice, customising messages to best fit relevant platforms. The role is central to the delivery of a refined and positive consumer experience supporting Le Creuset's premium positioning, and ultimately is a key contributor to the consumer acquisition and retention efforts required to hit annual financial growth targets. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on implementing strategies that drive full-funnel acquisition.
- Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Consumer Engagement: Drive engagement and social community growth alongside the Social Media Associate. Identify problems or concerns being voiced by consumers and recommend paths forward to resolution.
- Content Creation and Management: Ensure quality control of the proposed content plan; scheduling of social media content, and ad hoc posting as and when required (including after-hours/weekends/public holidays). Highly proficient at using social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
- Direct Marketing: Proficient in email marketing platforms ranging from email campaign creation to automation and integration.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Carry out from time to time and as directed, tasks in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or formal qualification in Paid Media, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience, preferably in retail or other retail consumer goods related category.
- Experience in paid media platforms and tools with an emphasis on Meta and understanding of TikTok for Business.
- A demonstrated knowledge of the luxury consumer goods marketplace.
- Experience building brand engagement on social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to speak for company to consumers and to de-escalate situations.
- Ability to multitask and recommend decisions.
- Respond well to the agile and reactive needs of a retail business.
- Team player - ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
