- Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across all major social media platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others).
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.
- Drive data-backed decision-making to improve ad targeting, bidding strategies, and overall effectiveness.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign metrics, extract actionable insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of data-driven strategies.
- Develop innovative user acquisition and retention strategies tailored to FRND’s target audience.
- Identify and explore new growth opportunities across emerging platforms and channels.
- Partner with product, design, and content teams to align messaging and create impactful creatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to optimize campaign execution.
- 3-4 years in growth marketing, with significant experience in a startup environment.
- Expertise in campaign management, social media ads, and performance optimization.
- Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights, and execute effectively.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
