Clinic Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic. Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and healthcare standards in Singapore. Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Handle claims including CHAS, third party insurance, etc. Manage clinic budgets and billing processes. Manage stakeholders such as drug representatives. Implement and optimize clinic policies and procedures to enhance patient care. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to improve service quality. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar role within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare practices in Singapore. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders. Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of insurance claims and billing processes in Singapore.
