A real estate and hospitality group is currently recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function in APAC About the Job Take charge of financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set ambitious targets and improve financial performance for sustainable growth. Lead in-depth financial analyses, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance, profitability, and efficiency across all divisions. Oversee and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and financial investments to maintain peak financial health. Manage risks intelligently while promoting growth, balancing risk and reward effectively. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, minimizing bureaucratic delays. Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements, audits, and insightful management reports that drive actionable insights. Build and lead a high-performing finance team focused on data, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Enhance capital structure and funding strategies to support business expansion and operational needs. Cultivate relationships with investors and financial institutions, leveraging technology to create scalable processes. The Team Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of 9 across APAC Skills & Experience The successful candidate will hold a CPA, CA, CFA, or a degree in finance, business, or a related field, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in their work and a commitment to making high-quality, long-term decisions. They will have at least 10 years+ senior finance experience in high-growth organizations with a proven track record managing Group Finance and accounting across APAC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, alongside a solid foundation in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and risk management. Experience in capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations is advantageous. Cantonese speaking is mandatory as the employee is required to communicate with overseas colleagues in this language. #J-18808-Ljbffr
