Responsibilities: Carry out routine daily checklist for critical equipment. Supervise and manage regular vendor to carry out preventive maintenance. Must have knowledge and background of ACMV, chiller, cooling tower, and air compressor. Monitor BMS (building monitoring system). Willing to learn security system such as CCTV and card reader access. Able to use a computer to create PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets, and Microsoft Word and Outlook. First contact to respond to user requests such as power trips, water leaks, plumbing and sanitary issues, provide printer paper delivery, adjust doors, light replacements, etc. Support event setup including tables, chairs, and PA system. Self-motivated and able to troubleshoot to resolve issues in the shortest possible time. Able to manage and record documentation such as material inventory and checklists. Carry out emergency generator and fire pump test runs, and PA system testing on a weekly basis. Able to work flexible hours with overtime if required.
