Event Executive

TTG Asia Media is a leading travel and tourism publisher and events organizer in the Asia-Pacific region. Established in 1974, the company is at the forefront of the Asia-Pacific travel and tourism industry, with expertise in leisure trade, luxury travel, corporate travel, and MICE domains. Through its three business groups, TTG Asia Media publishes regional trade titles, Singapore maps and guides for inbound tourists, and organizes international trade events. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Event Executive located in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various trade events within the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for assisting the Buyers and Media team in the Events Group with various events (in-person, virtual and hybrid). This includes: Acquisition, administration, coordination and providing support to potential and confirmed Buyers and Media; Preparing presentation slides/eDM/acquisition related tasks; Identifying and supporting the project team in the development of new and existing Buyer/Media engagement opportunities; Supporting the Buyer/Media team in managing and handling various aspects of client relationship from acquisition to on-boarding, to ensure their successful participation at our events; Providing assistance on any ad-hoc duties required by the Events team. Requirements Experience in an admin / support role is advantageous but not mandatory. The candidate should be a team player, have good communication skills (written and spoken – English and Mandarin/Chinese preferred due to International Chinese counterparts), be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be meticulous and organised in your work.
