The role is responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, managing the assigned product portfolio, and achieving/exceeding annual sales quota. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide pre- and post-sales product presentation & demonstration that cater to different stakeholders. Develop and execute an in-service program on the proper use and maintenance of surgical equipment. Provide sales and application support to the existing accounts and acquire new customers in assigned territory. Plan and provide onsite support for equipment trials in hospitals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather insights to develop effective sales strategies. Master product knowledge to facilitate OR project planning and product configuration according to customers' requirements using Getinge 3D simulation tool. Manage project sales cycle from sales funnel building to completion of installation with close collaboration from service and project team. Promote the use of operating tables and surgical equipment through workshops, roadshows, and other promotional activities. Identify and develop KOL in respective business areas. Assist in preparing sales quotations and analyzing buyer profiles to enhance sales performance. Work closely with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Strictly adhere to company's ethics and compliance guidelines. Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Marketing, Nursing or related field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role for the medical device or a related field. Prior sales or project management experience in Surgical Workplaces will be an advantage. Ability to attend cases and provide sales & application support in the OR environment. Willing to travel and work on weekends as needed. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving abilities, and presentation skills. Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
