Job Description: This Assistant Vice President role drives strategic operations and complex problem-solving initiatives, shaping the organization's future. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Support various business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

You will consult on complex issues, provide advice to People Leaders to support escalated issue resolution, and manage risk and strengthen controls related to your work. Additionally, you will perform tasks related to other areas, requiring an understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to achieving organizational objectives. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience consulting on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders, engaging with clients, understanding securities & equity markets, effective communication & presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, client servicing experience, and performing Onboarding Tasks.
