We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our HR, Administration, and Legal team. In this role, you will assist in managing receivables delays, property contracts, and business contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Finance Department, external counsel, and other teams to resolve legal matters and safeguard the company’s interests. Responsibilities
- Monitor overdue receivables and issue legal notices.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing property and business contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all contracts.
- Organize legal documents and maintain an up-to-date contract repository.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for legal matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or business administration.
- 1+ years of experience in legal or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of property and business contract laws in Bahrain.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
