About the Role: AIU seeks a highly skilled and experienced Student Affairs Executive to provide executive leadership for student affairs and enrollment management functions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in President's executive staff discussions, decision making, and policy making.
  2. Provide organizational and staff support to the President's Office on student issues.
  3. Lead enrollment management and student affairs functions of the College.
  4. Serve as chief student advocate.
  5. Develop programs and services, establish policies, and evaluate student enrollment, engagement, and persistence.
  6. Work with institutional partners to supervise program transfer and enhance relationships.
  7. Create co-curricular opportunities to enhance learning experiences.
  8. Work with VPAA to ensure co-curricular programs enhance student learning and growth.
  9. Coordinate enrollment management efforts with VPAA and VPESL.
  10. Supervise student-related marketing and research initiatives.
  11. Implement and maintain Student Information System.
  12. Select, train, and evaluate staff; prepare employee performance reviews.
  13. Lead Enrollment & Government Scholarship Services, Student Life functions, and Registration Services.
  14. Develop and maintain policy manuals; create departmental manuals.
  15. Assist in budget planning with accurate student enrollment projections.
  16. Manage divisional budget and prioritize needs and purchases.
  17. Prepare reports and correspondence related to students.
  18. Serve on committees and task forces.
  19. Represent the College at community functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Explain position functions and demonstrate knowledge of enrollment and student life.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and experiences within all facets of enrollment and student life.
  3. Communicate ideas clearly and effectively at all levels within the College.
  4. Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  5. Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of work-related information.
  7. Experience with enrollment services and planning programs for students.
  8. Ability to plan, prioritize, and problem-solve broad strategic initiatives.
  9. Work effectively with diverse groups of professionals, students, and parents.
  10. Manage complex divisional budgets accurately.
  11. Lead, inspire, supervise, and evaluate team members.
  12. Proficiency in standard software applications and social media usage.
  13. Ability to work occasional evening and weekends.
