- Speaks and writes in both English and Arabic.
- Knows HR basics well and can work directly with clients.
- Can juggle different HR tasks and stay organized.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Communicates clearly and has great organizational skills.
- Help clients with hiring from start to finish: writing job descriptions, finding candidates, screening resumes, and interviewing.
- Work with clients on hiring strategies and provide tips on what candidates are available and what salary ranges to expect.
- Support the onboarding process to help new hires settle smoothly into client companies.
- Advise clients on HR best practices and help with workforce planning, employee relations, and creating a positive work environment.
- Assist clients in setting up HR policies and procedures that align with their business goals.
- Guide clients in handling employee issues, from performance management to conflict resolution.
- Manage day-to-day HR tasks for clients, like payroll processing, benefits administration, and following Kuwaiti labor laws.
- Keep employee records up-to-date for clients and assist with audits when needed.
- Handle HR admin tasks, answer employee questions, and make sure HR operations run smoothly for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally in a consulting or outsourcing setting.
- Familiarity with HRMS, HRIS systems and Kuwaiti labor laws.
- Strong organizational skills and time management to juggle multiple client projects.
