We are seeking an innovative and skilled Graphic Designer with a solid background in marketing to join our dynamic team. This role calls for a creative individual who excels in both graphic design and digital marketing within the real estate sector ( Required ). The successful candidate will be tasked with creating visually compelling content for diverse marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across all outputs, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Close collaboration with the marketing department will be essential to designing materials that drive brand recognition and customer engagement on digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design : Develop visually striking designs for digital platforms, including social media content, website materials, email newsletters, and promotional assets.
Campaign Development : Partner with the marketing team to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. Ensure alignment of design elements with campaign objectives.
Social Media Management : Create and manage social media visuals and content to engage target audiences. Analyze and report on engagement and performance.
Marketing Materials : Design high-quality collateral such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements that are consistent with brand guidelines.
Brand Consistency : Ensure all creative outputs adhere to established brand standards, ensuring a professional and cohesive presence across all platforms.
Digital Marketing Analytics : Monitor and assess the performance of digital campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and other online efforts. Provide recommendations to improve results.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work alongside other departments, including content, product, and sales teams, to develop materials that align with business goals.
Creative Strategy : Actively contribute to the creative brainstorming and direction for marketing campaigns, offering fresh ideas for visuals and brand messaging.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

5+ years of proven experience in graphic design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns in the real estate industry.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms) and performance tracking.
Proficient in social media content creation and performance analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
Local candidates with NOC availability are preferred.
Strong visual and creative design skills.
Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is an advantage.
Must be available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
