- Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools and in Microsoft Power Point.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
