Job details

Job Title: HSE Supervisor (Shutdown Project-03 Months Only) Location: Qatar (On site) Duration: 3 Months Positions Available: 30 Nos Job Description: As an HSE Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols during the shutdown and turnaround operations. You will work closely with management and various teams to foster a culture of safety and compliance throughout the project. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management plans specific to the shutdown project.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the identification of hazards before project activities commence.
  3. Provide guidance and support to all personnel regarding health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  4. Conduct safety inspections and audits, identifying and mitigating potential risks or incidents.
  5. Facilitate HSE training sessions and orientations for staff and contractors involved in the project.
  6. Monitor and report on HSE performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Coordinate with emergency response teams and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports for management review.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum Graduation in Engineering or Diploma, NEBOSH Certification is a must.
  2. Minimum of 06 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically within shutdown/turnaround projects in the oil & gas industry.
  3. Thorough understanding of HSE regulations and standards applicable to the industry.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
  5. Proficient in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
  6. Fluent in [English/other languages relevant to the project].
