Aircraft Leasing VP Pricing and Transaction Structuring

Aircraft Leasing VP Pricing, Doha, Qatar About the Role: We are working exclusively with a new aviation investment business to recruit a VP Pricing and Transaction Structuring. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead the evaluation and structuring of aviation finance transactions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction pricing, financial modeling, and structuring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and execute complex deals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, risk assessments, and transaction documentation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and risks for portfolio management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in aviation finance, with 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Expertise in aircraft valuation, leasing structures, and financial modeling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
