Position Overview: We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to provide transportation services to a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Senior Manager's safety, comfort, and punctuality as they navigate their daily schedule. Responsibilities:
- Safely and responsibly transport the senior manager and his guests (from time to time) to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and excellent condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Plan and organize efficient routes to optimize travel time and ensure punctuality.
- Assist the senior manager with transportation-related tasks, such as loading and unloading items.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and schedule routine service to ensure the vehicle's reliability.
- Exhibit exemplary behavior, outstanding manners, and a helpful attitude.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Preserve strict confidentiality regarding all conversations and information encountered during transport assignments.
- Stay informed about current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports and adjusting routes proactively to avoid delays.
- Remain attentive and available on an immediate call basis at all times, including weekends.
- Basic knowledge of ministry documentation and embassy visa processing is an advantag e.
- Proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar role.
- A valid Qatar driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver.
- Knowledge of essential vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes.
