We are seeking a Drilling Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert guidance on drilling operations, optimise well performance, and reduce risks. Location: Qatar Job Type: 12 month renewable contract This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse real-time data and identify drilling issues
- Provide expert advice on well engineering and risk mitigation
- Develop reports and recommendations to improve performance
- Lead workshops and mentor junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Strong drilling and well engineering experience
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving drilling dysfunctions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
