Operational Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
  • Provide courteous and professional service and ensure that any guest complaints are promptly rectified and communicated to the head chef.
  • Assist the head chef in fulfilling his or her duties to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • Keep a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.
  • Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
