: Waldorf Astoria - West Bay Doha A Human Resources Supervisor manages employee relations, supports daily operations and supervises team members. They also assist with the recruitment and selection process and ensure a smooth onboarding for all team members.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the recruitment and selection process is followed, and knowledge about Qatar Labour Law is preferred.
- Ensure management reports are completed for the head office and region.
- Support and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures.
- Manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process.
- Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
- Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines.
- Assist in the organization of Team Member social events.
- Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry.
- Assist and resolve team member and management queries.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work on their own or in teams.
- Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook.
- Knowledge of hospitality.
