Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service. Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations:
1. Safely transport food orders from the restaurant to the designated delivery location within the specified timeframe.
2. Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS or provided maps to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Handle food orders with care to maintain quality and presentation during transportation.
Customer Service:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously upon delivery.
2. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues as necessary.
Safety and Compliance:
1. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and responsible riding.
2. Maintain awareness of road conditions, weather, and any potential hazards to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
3. Follow company policies and procedures regarding food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Vehicle Maintenance:
1. Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle (bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, etc.) to ensure it is in proper working condition.
2. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to ensure the vehicle remains safe and operational.
Time Management:
1. Manage delivery schedules efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
2. Communicate any delays or challenges in fulfilling orders to the dispatch team in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid driver's license (if applicable) and a clean driving record.
Proficient cycling or riding skills, with the ability to navigate various types of terrain and traffic conditions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and endurance to handle the demands of the job, including carrying food orders and riding for extended periods.
Knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns (preferred).
Familiarity with using navigation apps or GPS devices.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Working Conditions:

This position requires working outdoors and riding in various weather conditions.
Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on delivery demand.
May involve lifting, carrying, and transporting food orders of varying weights.
