Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) – Trainer Opportunity Are you a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) with a passion for facilitating impactful change and guiding organizations through transformative processes? We're looking for a certified CCMP trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions that inspire and empower our teams! Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive and engaging CCMP-certified training programs.
- Develop tailored training materials to meet client-specific objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, group activities, and interactive sessions.
- Provide practical tools and techniques for effective change management.
- Ensure participants achieve certification readiness and grasp key concepts.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a trainer in change management programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt content to meet diverse learner needs.
- Availability to conduct in-person training sessions in Qatar .
- Only trainers currently residing in Qatar will be considered for this position.
