Position: Head of Early Years and Primary We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Early Years and Primary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Elementary/Primary School education stage, ensuring that our students receive an outstanding education that meets their individual needs. Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Education
- Minimum 10 years' experience working within an IB PYP curriculum
- Proven track record as a leader within an educational setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Strong understanding of current trends in primary education
