Job details
Required Experience:
- Must have min 10 years of Human Capital and People Change Management Experience
- Experience in corporate culture change is also a plus
- The resource needs to be based at the client in Doha.
- The work week is Sunday to Thursday
- Must have excellent English and effective communication skills
- Arabic is a plus
- Support Strategic Initiatives (Status Reporting and Business Case Development)
- Align the planning for Change and readiness reporting of multiple strategic initiatives in line with the Change Management Framework
- Facilitate training
- Maintain and revise procedures in line with the Change Management Framework
- Must demonstrate initiative to propose and develop ongoing areas for improvement in the overall performance of the people, talent, corporate culture Strategy.
