Interior Design Manager

Job Title: Production Manager – Joinery, Upholstery, and Interior Projects Location: Manama, Bahrain Industry: Joinery, Interior Design, and Manufacturing Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

The Production Manager will oversee the production process for joinery, upholstery, and steel works, managing a team to ensure high-quality standards and timely project completion. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and engineers on interior projects like custom furniture and lighting installations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the production process from material selection to final installation.
2. Lead project management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3. Handle project planning, cost control, and approvals.
4. Oversee sample and shop drawing submissions and final inspections.
5. Produce 3D visualizations and detailed AutoCAD drawings.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in production management within joinery, upholstery, and interior design.
2. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
4. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
